Intercap co-extrusion system, makes it the only company in the wine sector in Italy able to produce its own polylaminate, through an ecological process that does not require the use of glue, thanks to the direct pairing between aluminium and polyethylene.
The continuous research and innovation that have always distinguished Intercap led to the invention of Polynature, the innovative biocompatible material and with zero impact on the environment.
The raw materials used are of first quality and the polymer used in the production phase is of vegetal origin. Bioplastics comes from renewable and biodegradable raw materials: for this reason, Intercap has received a Certification in compliance with UNI EN 13430:2005.
Polynature is soft, pliant, and resistant at the same time, making it possible to work it into all of the thicknesses typical
of traditional polylaminate. Additionally, the capsule retains its aesthetic and hygienic functions over time, ensuring
effectiveness until its final disposal.
Not only 100% recyclable, but also glue-free and suitable for food contact, in accordance with applicable European and American laws.
